I can finally have Ben & Jerry’s! Woot Woot!

I've been lactose intolerant ever since I was a child. I've given all the major different products a shot, like lactaid, digestive advantage, diary ease and etc., and I personally think they all suck! I would have to take something every time I made plans to dine-out and I always had to have something prepared "to-go" just in case something unexpected happens.

Anyway, so several months ago, I started researching a variety of alternative products to hopefully find something to alleviate this nuisance and I came across this article, tried the product, and to my surprise, it actually worked! I've been eating diary products for the past couple of months now with no symptoms at all. I'm finally symptom free! No more bloating, no more gas, no more... well you know the rest! The main reason to this post is because I just wanted to share information with all my fellow lactose intolerant friends and to let you know there is something out there that actually works! I know from personal experience how it can suck the fun out of many things, how inconvenient it can be and how embarrassing it is at social gatherings and family reunions if you're not prepared for it.

I’m now able to enjoy a Ben & Jerry’s chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream on a hot, summer day without having to worry about the horrible side effects. Catching up with old friends over wine and cheese is finally an option! I can finally have a hot slice of pepperoni pizza at one of my nephew’s baseball game. If you're currently suffering from this inconvenience and you're interested in how I beat my lactose intolerance, take a quick look at this article I've attached below. If anyone has any questions about the product or my experience with the product, feel free to shoot me a message and I'll be more than happy to help you out! Good luck and enjoy!

Scientists estimate that 1 in 6 Americans suffer from lactose intolerance. If you’re one of them, you have more to worry about than just missing out on the pleasures of ice-cream, pizza, and cheese. That’s because dairy products provide most of the calcium in our diet and research shows lactose intolerant individuals have a higher health risk for osteoporosis, weak bone density, and hypertension, as well as breast and colon cancer.

Lactose intolerance, which is caused by a shortage of specific enzyme called “lactase” in the large intestine, is the inability to digest lactose, the sugar in milk. This results in mild to severe stomach discomfort, including gas, cramps, loose stool, diarrhea, bloating and vomiting. Symptoms tend to occur anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours after eating or drinking foods containing diary.

Lactose intolerance generally develops in individuals as they age and is often genetically inherited. People tend to become lactose intolerant around their teenage years, or during adulthood (ages 30 to 40). Lactose intolerance can also be brought on by secondary factors such as infections, chemotherapy, penicillin reactions, surgery, pregnancy, or from the avoidance of diary products for a prolonged period of time.

Until now, most researchers believed that when your body loses the ability to produce “lactase” – it’s gone forever. That’s why typical treatments involve ingesting a mix of synthetic enzymes every time you eat diary to ease the symptoms.

Break-Through
But now, a new product called Lactagen® has been shown to be able to help re-train your body to once again tolerate dairy products.

Lactagen® is a patented all natural product that you take for a 38 day period. According to the company, Lactagen® teaches your digestive tract to adapt and better break down diary products. Lactagen’s proprietary formula is 100% natural and contains probiotics and prebiotics which allow the gradual and painless reintroduction of diary products into the digestive system.

Clinical trial results confirm the company’s claims. In a clinical study conducted by leading medical researchers, Lactagen® resulted in a statistically significant reduction in lactose intolerant symptoms. In the 3 month trial, after completing the 38 day program, 80% of study participants reported dramatically reduced symptoms, while those on the placebo showed little to no reduction in symptoms.

Lactagen® is currently only available directly through the company’s website www.ritternutrition.com. The product comes with 100% Money Back Guarantee if you’re not enjoying diary after the completion of their program.

So, if you or someone you love suffers from lactose intolerance and are looking for a safe and effective solution to enjoying the pleasures of diary products again, the Lactagen program may be worth checking out.
