We love the Organic Smart Balance Butter! My daugther (who is 5) is dairy-free and the whole family is eating it and loving it! My daughter's favorite soybutter is actually the WALMART brand. I went through many expensive soy butter (peanut butter alternative) and I decided to buy the WALMART brand and she loved it. She eats it with carrot sticks.
A friend of mine turned me on to this chilly day breakfast porridge recently. A big spoonful of any left over cooked GF grain (wild rice or quinoa are my favorites), half a chopped apple, small handful of lightly toasted and salted sunflower seeds and sesame seeds, enough almond milk to make it slightly soupy and a pinch of stevia. I heat it up in a sauce pan for 2 or 3 min and its amazing!
